A.N.S., Le Corbusier , to the verso of a picture postcard of the Roman Catholic chapel Notre-Dame du Haut in Ronchamp, n.p., 14th December 1963, to Karel Safranek, in French. Le Corbusier sends a greeting, in full, ´Merci Safranek, Bonne annee et meilleurs souvenirs´ (Translation: ´Thank you Safranek, Happy New Year and fond memories´ ). Partially addressed in the architect´s hand. Lightly hinged at the upper edge of the recto to an oblong folio page removed from an album. About VG Provenance: From an album which was previously part of a private autograph collection formed by an Antiquarian Bookseller in Prague during the 1960s.
