SEWARD ANNA: (1742-1809) - SEWARD ANNA: (1742-1809) English Romantic poet, known as the Swan of Lichfield. A.L.S., Miss Seward , in the third person, one page, 8vo, n.p., n.d. ( ´Sat. Eve.´ ), to Doctor Percival. Seward presents her grateful compliments to Percival and remarks ´He is too good to her. His literary presents, always valuable, are now doubly so, from the pleasure she has receiv´d in his society, & in her introduction to Mrs- Percival, & his amiable family´ . Some light dust staining and age wear to the edges, a few traces of former mounting to the verso, and one small area of paper loss, not affecting the text or signature, G
