A.L.S., Joseph Lister , one page, 8vo, Park Crescent, Portland Place (London), 30th June 1881, to Mrs. Davies, evidently a former patient. Lister writes, in full, ´Please accept my best thanks for the very handsome bouquet, which is to me a pleasant indication of your grateful feeling for the relief I was glad to be able to afford you´ .
