Best known for his opera Lear (1978), based on Shakespeare´s King Lear, which he composed at the suggestion of Dietrich Fischer-Dieskau, who performed the title role at the Munich premiere. A very fine signed 8 x 10 photograph, the image showing Reimannin a profile half-length pose. Signed in bold black ink with his name alone to the lower white border of the image. EX
