BOHM KARL: (1894-1981) - BOHM KARL: (1894-1981) Austrian Conductor. Böhm was praised for his interpretations of the operas and symphonies of Mozart. A very fine vintage signed and inscribed 3.5 x 5.5 postcard photograph by Bohm, the image showing him in a head and shoulders pose, with the baton in hand, conducting at the Musikverein in Vienna. Signed `Karl Bohm´, and inscribed in bold blue fountain pen ink to the lower white border of the image, also dated 27th June 1959 in his hand. VG
