Vintage signed 4 x 5.5 photograph of Callas standing in a full length pose on scene, in costume as Medea, in Cherubini´s opera with same name Medea (1797), the impressive scene image was taken during an opera performance in Milan. Photograph by Erio Piccagliani for Teatro Alla Scala, Milan. Signed (' Maria Callas ') by the soprano in black ink to a largely light area of the image. Bearing to the verso the photographer´s ink stamp. VG
