WEISSMULLER JOHNNY: (1904-1984) - WEISSMULLER JOHNNY: (1904-1984) American actor, famous for his portrayal of Tarzan in twelve feature films from 1932-48. A former swimmer, Weissmuller won five Olympic Gold medals at the 1924 & 1928 Olympic Games.
