ROSEMEYER BERND: (1909-1938) - ROSEMEYER BERND: (1909-1938) German motor racing driver, winner of the European Driver´s Championship, 1936. A rare vintage fountain pen ink signature ( ´Bernd Rosemeyer´ ) on a small oblong 12mo piece, neatly matted in pale brown beneath a sepia image of Rosemeyer wearing his racing overalls, cap and goggles, to an overall size of 7.5 x 11. Autographs of Rosemeyer are rare in any form owing to his tragically early death at the of 28 whilst attempting to break the land speed record in 1938. G
