A fine vintage purple ink signature ( ´William Booth, General of the Salvation Army´ ) to the upper half of an 8vo sheet of plain stationery, with a three-line sentiment in his hand, ´Yours in the bonds of Xtian friendship and for the salvation of the lost for time and eternity´ , also adding the place and date, Turin, 5th March 1902, in his hand.
