The partially printed document, completed in Nightingale's hand, is addressed to the publishers Bemrose & Sons and requests that he be named as a subscriber to The Reliquary for one copy to be posted to his residence at Lea Hurst, near Matlock. Some light overall age wear and a few small holes and slight splitting at the edges of the folds, FR The Reliquary was a quarterly Archaeological Journal and Review edited by Llewellynn Jewitt and ran to 34 volumes from 1860-75.
