CEVERT FRANÇOIS: (1944-1973) - CEVERT FRANÇOIS: (1944-1973) French motor racing driver who competed in Formula One from 1969-73. A scarce signed 4 x 6 photograph, the promotional image depicting Cevert in a half-length pose wearing his Shell motor racing overalls. Signed in black ink across a lighter area of the image. Signed photographs of Cevert are scarce as a result of his tragic death at the young age of 29 in a crash during a qualifying session for the United States Grand Prix on 6th October 1973. VG
