Granet sends his heartfelt thanks to his correspondent, remarking ´vous n´oubliez personne, peintres, employés, tout est dans votre memoire et toujours pour leur être utile´ (Translation: ´you forget no one—the painters, the staff—you remember them all and are always there to help them´ ) and further stating ´J´ai envoyé la lettre que vous avez eu l´extrême bonté de m´adresser à Aix à Monsieur Marin cette honorable famille, vous bénira comme tous ceux qui vous connaissent´ (Translation: ´I have sent the letter you were so kind as to send me to Mr Marin in Aix; that honourable family will bless you, as will all those who know you´ ) and concluding by wishing his correspondent and their family good health and happiness.
