DORÉ GUSTAVE: (1832-1883) - DORÉ GUSTAVE: (1832-1883) French printmaker, illustrator, painter and sculptor. A good signed and inscribed carte-de-visite photograph, the sepia albumen print by Legé and Bergeron of the Carjat Company, Rue Laffitte, Paris, depicting the dapper Doré standing in a three-quarter length pose wearing an overcoat, waistcoat and cravat and holding a cigar in one hand.
