The artist states ´L´idee d´un cortege des Pierres pricieuses est exquise ce que est irréalisable´ (Translation: ´The idea of a procession of precious stones is exquisite, though it is unachievable´ ), continues to remark ´J´ai choisi une description, la seule, dont l´auteur en fait par le compte detaillé des......insuffisant du reves.....et en divers écrans´ (Translation: ´I have chosen a description—the only one—in which the author gives a detailed account of the……insufficiency of dreams……and in various scenes´ ) and concludes by informing his correspondent ´il y a le circle artistique et litteraire, rue de la loi en Décembre ou Janvier à 8h 1/2, pendant 1h 1/4 pour 200 frs´ (Translation: ´there is the artistic and literary circle on Rue de la Loi in December or January at 8.30 pm, lasting 1 hour 15 minutes for 200 francs´ ).
