The King states that he is greatly honoured to have received Ferdinand IV´s letter announcing that the Empress Maria Theresa, had happily given birth to a Prince, a son whom they have named Gennaro, and sends his congratulations, stating `Nihil Nobis jucundius accidere potuit quam literas. Majestatis vostra accipere, quibus Regiam ejus familiam novo, quem Serenissima Regina ejus conjux in Lucem edidit, Principe auctamesse certiores facti sumus...´ (Translation: ” Nothing could have happened to us more delightfully than to receive your Majesty's letters, in which we have been informed that his Royal Family has been increased by a new Prince, whom his Most Serene Queen consort has brought into the world.. .”) Countersigned at the base by Lord Hillsborough. ) With address leaf bearing a paper seal affixed to the verso.
