Bearing four countersignatures at the base by Charles de Paule de Barentin (1738-1819) seals Keeper of the Kingdom, Henri Lefèvre d´Ormesson (1751-1808) French Statesman, Antoine Jean-Baptiste Auget de Montyon (1733-1820) French Economist and Philanthropist and Claude Guillaume Lambert (1726-1794) French Magistrate and Minister.
