Important Jugendstil Silver Cutlery Set, Otto Rieth for Bruckmann - An important Jugendstil (Art Nouveau) gilded 800 silver cutlery set for 12, designed by Otto Rieth, manufactured by Bruckmann & Söhne, Heilbronn, 1900. Model No. 260/2601. Exhibited at the 1900 Paris world fair. Comprising of: 12 dinner forks (length: 21 cm), 12 dinner spoons, 12 dinner knives, a serving spoon and a ladle. Items monogrammed ”MA” and decorated with reliefs of male and female figures. Total weight (without knives): 2160 grams. Hallmarked.
