Silver Torah Shield, Italy - Jewish silver Torah shield, Italy, Livorno, 1712. Embossed and engraved work depicting a synagogue scene with an ark and a Menorah. In the lower section, a Hebrew dedication. Central image is surrounded with floral motifs and figures of Jews holding a Menorah and a lulav. Weight: 910 grams. Signed and dated. Very poor condition, major missing parts.
