Pewter Hanukkah Menorah, Germany - Pewter Hanukkah Menorah by Johann Georg Auer, Rothenburg, Germany, 1758. Shaped as a sconce, the backplate features three cast sun-shaped decorations with human faces. A row of cast oil fonts is set on a designated shelf above a wide drip tray. The shamash (removable) is located at the end of a long handle and hangs on a dedicated hook on the right edge. Height: 18 cm. Max. width: 24 cm. Depth: 7 cm. Minor wear.
