Ilan Goldstein, oil on canvas, 60 by 80 cm, signed - Ilan Goldstein, Born in New York (1975), lives and works in Israel. Married and father of two. Education: 2005-2008: Master's degree in expressive and creative therapy at the Leslie University branch in Israel. Has been employed as a therapist within the Ministry of Education since 2010. 1998-2002: Studies in the art department at Bezalel. Studied, among others, with artists Larry Abramson, Yehudit Sasportas, Itzik Livne and David Weckstein. Participated for about three years in the Ofakim project led by Weckstein, where he first experienced mentoring and teaching art to children, which laid the foundations for his future path in the field of art therapy. 1994-1998: Military service as part of a Nahal group. 1990-1994 : Studies at the ”Thelma Yellin” High School, majoring in plastic arts.
