About Miri’s Work: Miri’s artworks are rich in emotion, ranging from calmness and serenity to intensity and drama. In her abstract works, she begins with an intuitive approach and then carefully observes the painting in order to decide how to proceed. This process creates an ongoing dialogue with the canvas until she feels the work is complete. In her figurative paintings, she either works in a fully realistic style or incorporates abstract elements into the composition.
