Orit Bat Zvi Harpaz, b. 1962, aqwarelle and rice paper cutouts on paper (découpage), 14.8 by 21 cm, signed - Painter, born in Tel Aviv-Yafo Studied sculpture painting and graphics in various settings; studied at Thelma Yellin High School, at the College of Painting and Sculpture in Ramat Gan, Wurzberger College, with various known painters. above of all the formal study frameworks mentioned and for sure the most important for her as an artist is her involvement in art and the crusial place it has always been through journeys of life.  The artistic spirit and essens of creativity are shaped and molded from home from infant days by looking up to and beeing  inspired by her parent.  Her late parents immigrated to Israel from England and were both artists. The late Zvi Harpaz was well known in his time as a graphic artist, sculptor, multidisciplinary artist and visionary. He got his art diploma in London. Her mother the late Dr. Doreen Harpaz taught art in Manchester England after being graduated from a known Art coledge. alongside she continued to become a most appreciated clinical psychologist in Israel. The longing for her parents is strongly intertwined and expressed through the prosses of creation. The creative process allows  continuing discourse with her parents in a symbolic comforting mental dialog. The intensities and sensitivity are visible in her work.  In addition you can notice  a conscious dialogue with the observers
