Letter from Va'ad Ha'Rabanim (Committee of Rabbis) in the Area of the American Occupation to Rabbi Yitzchak Ha'Levi Herzog - Va'ad Ha'Rabanim was an organization of rabbis who acted for the welfare of the refugees in the American zone of Munich. The letter is addressed to Rabbi Yitzchak Isaac Ha'Levi Herzog and it concerns the medical treatment of one of the survivors.
