'Ivri Anochi' Booklet, Speech by Pesach Fable, Publication of Chazit Poalim Leumit, Internal Publication for Members Only, 19.11.1943. Most Rare, One of Only Two Known Copies - In the speech, Fable expresses his disappointment with the Zionist Movement, which pins its hope on the Balfour Declaration and the British Mandate. Fable emphasizes the role of the Hebrew nation and it being an existing fact although it lacks political independence. The speech denounces the attitudes of the Zionist Movement and calls to replace the exilic Zionist idea with the idea of Hebrewness. Pesach Fable was a speaker and journalist and among the founders of Ha'Tzohar – The Revisionist Zionists. He was a close friend of jabotinsky. In 1933, he immigrated with his family to Israel and joined ”Brit Ha'Biryonim”, which was founded by Abba Achimeir. After Jabotinsky's death in 1944, Fable left the Revisionist Movement and founded the ”Chazit Ha'Poalim Ha'Leumit”. He was a member of the Lechi. The booklet does not appear in the National Library or in any other library in Israel. It is not registered in the Bibliography Enterprise. One copy exists in the archive of the Jabotinsky Institute. The copy before us is the only other copy we know about.
