Inscription and signature in the handwriting of Rabbi Ezra Sharim son of the Kabbalist Rabbi Yitzchak Sharim. Rabbi Ezra Sharim was known by the Rabbis of the Porat Yosef Yeshiva as "the father of the yeshiva". A Torah scholar, lecturer in the Porat Yosef Yeshiva from 1923, later the Yeshiva's director, for many years he put all of his efforts into maintaining and preserving the Yeshiva.

Title page completed with a photocopy on similar paper, a small number of leaves are damaged and restored, most of the book is in good condition. Ancient faded leather cover.
