The ticket is from the office of the Polish government, who deals with the civilian population of Teheran. Teheran, 9.19.1942. Polish addition in pen, dates in 1943. Stamp: ”Commander of the Civilian Camp no. 1”, and under it ”Captain”. On the rear side: a fingerprint as well as Polish inscriptions in pen, dates from 1942 and from 1943.
