The Rebbe's signature is in the letter's margins. The Rebbe Rabbi Avraham Yitzchak Kahn (1914-1997) was born in Safed. In his childhood his emigrated with his father to Transylvania, where he became the disciple of Rabbi Aharon Roth, author of ”Shomer Emunim”, and became his principle disciple and later his son-in-law. He immigrated to Israel together with his father-in-law, and from 1947 was his main successor. He was known for his greatness in Torah and for his tremendous holiness. 22 cm. Condition: Excellent.
