There are bibliographies who write that the date on the title page should be read as 1576, and so is listed in the National Library catalog, but by looking at the shape of the letters it is clear that the date is 1596. The Psalms, vowelized and with cantillations, are on the upper part of the page, and the commentary is underneath. The printer's symbol is at the end of the book. Ancient ownership signatures in Italian handwriting. 252, (2) leaves. 14 cm. Condition: The majority of the book is in good condition. Two tears without lack on the title page. Moth damage on a number of pages. Detached and faded binding. Unusually rare – a complete set has never appeared at auction.
