Two Facsimile Manuscripts of the Pesach Haggadah - a. The Bordeaux Haggadah,1813, Tel Aviv, 1987. An illustrated manuscript, with the Haggadah in Hebrew and French alongside each other. A facsimile from the collection of the Moldovan family. In his introduction Alfred Moldovan writes: ”This is the first illustrated Haggadah made in 19th century France which is known to us today…the first printed Haggadah with an accompanying French translation was the Metz Haggadah which was published in 1819, six years after the Bordeaux Haggadah”. b. The Copenhagen Haggadah, 1739. 2009. An illustrated manuscript of the ”Pesach Haggadah according to the customs of the Ashkenazim and according to the customs of the Sephardim with the commentary of the Abarbanel and a Kabbalistic commentary and beautiful pictures of the signs and miracles which G-d did for our forefathers, and the form of the Temple”.
