The printing of the book began in 1844 yet for various reasons, it was stopped and was renewed only 45 years later (!), in 1889, most likely by the author's son. Therefore, the leaves of the book differ: leaves 1-44 were printed on brighter and thicker paper with a different font. These leaves are from the first printing (see: Ya'ari, Mechkarei Ha'Sefer, pp. 54). (4), 176 leaves. 18 cm. Condition: Very Good. Original red leather binding.
