Printed ”Shiviti” Leaf - Salonika, Circa 1800 - The Only One Printed in This Area - Extremely Rare - At the center of the leaf, ”La'Menate'ach” shaped as a Menorah. ”Anyone who sees this Menorah-shaped psalm every day shall find grace and good favor in the sight of God and man”. Around the Menorah, verses and holy names for Segulah. The complete text is in a decorated frame. With a frame of verses. The fonts used indicate that the source of the leaf is the Ottoman Empire. It is most likely that the leaf was printed in Salonika, in circa 1800. According to experts, this ”Shiviti” is the only one that had been printed in this area. An extremely rare leaf.
