Ze'ev Jabotinsky (1880-1940), a Zionist leader, writer, poet, translator, publicist and a distinguished speaker. Renewed Hebrew militarism and founded the Jewish Legion. Establisher of Revisionist Zionism, head of Betar Movement, Irgun (Etzel) commander and president of the Zionist Revisionist Alliance. Peninah Shohat, who made the cover, was a member of the Irgun in Jerusalem, participated in the attack on the Russian Compound, after which she left Jerusalem and moved to the coast. She was arrested by members of the ‘Haganah’ in 1945 while on her way to blow up the Iraq-Haifa oil pipeline; was delivered to the British and placed in the women's prison until the establishment of the State of Israel. 177 pp. Very rare!
