'Tchunat Ha'Aretz', with an essay against the prophecy about the end of the world, 1894 - A science book written in poetic Hebrew by (Eliezer) Yitzchak Shapira, Warsaw 1894. The essay 'The World of Chaos' is attached to the book. The essay uses scientific and spiritual tools to calm readers afraid of the possibility of an asteroid hitting earth and other catastrophes, including the 'prophecy' of the German physicist and naturalist Rudolph Palov, the Nobel Prize winner, who predicted that on 13/12/1899, a comet will hit earth and destroy it.
