Propaganda stamps, a set of six stamps, overprint of countries, Nazi Germany, 1937 - At a first glance, these stamps are the same as the stamps in the UK with the figure of King George VI from 1937, but in fact many changes were made : a Star of David (Magen David) is printed above the crown instead of the original cross, and in the corner there is a small icon of hammer and sickle.The idea behind these changes was propagating and promoting an anti-Jewish and anti- communist policy.
