Shiv'im Tikunei Ha'Zohar "authored by the Divine Tana Rabbi Shimon ben Yochai", with the "Chemdat Zvi" commentary by Rabbi Zvi Hirsch Chatsh. Amsterdam [1706].
At the beginning of the book, an inscription about the buying of the book and a signature of "Chaim Ze'ev Me'Linsk", a disciple of Rabbi Zvi Hirsch of Rymanow. .
At the end of the book, a along inscription that the book belongs to Rabbi Uri Shraga Feibel Taubes, author of "Ori Ve'Yishi".
The book caused much religious controversy, among others, due to a dispute regarding the accuracy of the composition "Shiv'im Tikunei Ha'Zohar". This led to Rabbi Naftali Katz, author of "Semichat Chachamim", regretting that he had approbated the book.
Throughout the book, long glosses in Sephardic script referring to the version of Tikunei Ha'Zohar.
