A VERY RARE AND IMPORTANT BRASS BOX BY THE BEZALEL SCHOOL. Jerusalem, c.1915 - Hand chased with a lion surrounded by acid etched designs. Inscribed on the lid: Bezalel Jerusalem and chased with Jugenstil designs. The front and backed are chased with two lions flanking the Decalogue. 8.5” x 6.8”.
