Terms of Sale – This Auction Only - Please note: These terms apply specifically to this auction, which is being conducted across multiple platforms. Some policies may differ from our standard terms. Shipping Policy Only lots measuring under 18” in any direction qualify for in-house shipping. Shipping for eligible items will be managed and billed through Shipping Saint. Buyers will receive text messages with shipping charges and instructions once packaging is complete. No third-party shipping or oversized item shipping is available. Pickup Policy Pickup is by scheduled appointment only on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday (May 2, 3, 4). A scheduling link will be sent via text message after the sale concludes. Buyers who have won large or furniture lots are asked to schedule pickup later on Saturday or on Sunday due to limited space inside the home. Items not picked up by 12:00 PM on Sunday, May 4, will automatically be assumed as shipping orders—but only if they qualify for in-house shipping. Billing Policy If you would like to pay with cash at pickup and receive a 3% discount, you must inform us before your card is charged.Otherwise, your card on file will be processed automatically after the sale concludes. Invoices totaling over $1,000 must be paid by cash at pickup or wire transfer only.Wire transfer fees are the responsibility of the buyer. All invoices must be paid in full before pickup or before shipping arrangements can be made. HiBid credit cards will be automatically billed following the sale. BidSpirit and JustSoldAuctions.com bidders will receive a self-pay invoice via email. Declined cards will incur a $5 fee. Item Representation Disclaimer Just Sold Auctions does its best to represent all lots accurately, but mistakes can happen. Photos and descriptions serve as the final representation of all items. Buyers are responsible for closely examining photos, requesting additional information if needed, and placing bids accordingly. All sales are final. No returns or refunds will be issued once the auction closes. Simulcast and Bidding Platforms This auction is being conducted on multiple bidding platforms, and the terms above are specific to this auction. The winning bid displayed on one platform may not reflect the final result, as bids are accepted across all platforms. To maximize your chances of winning, bid live during the simulcast or place your highest max bid in advance.
