Auction Specific Terms and Conditions- PLEASE READ - Welcome to Just Sold Auctions. Please read the following terms, as they apply to all bidders. Shipping policy: In-house shipping is only available for items measuring 15x15 inches or smaller. If any item on your invoice is larger than 15x15, the entire order will be shipped, packed, and billed by the UPS Store in Clarks Summit, PA. Standard shipping for items 15x15 and under is managed through Shipping Saint. Shipping is billed at actual carrier rates plus a reasonable handling and materials fee per box. Some orders may require multiple boxes. Shortly after the auction you will receive a text and email from Shipping Saint asking whether you prefer pickup or shipping. Please respond promptly. If you choose shipping, you will receive a second message once your package is weighed and measured. That invoice must be paid through the Shipping Saint link before we ship your items. Items not picked up during the scheduled pickup window will automatically be packed for shipping and billed accordingly. Pickup policy: Pickup is by appointment only during the designated pickup window. Appointments must be scheduled through the Shipping Saint link. Any items not picked up will be processed as shipping items. Billing policy: HiBid bidders: cards on file will be charged shortly after the auction ends. Please ensure funds are available. Declined cards may incur a five dollar fee. BidSpirit bidders: you will receive an invoice by email with a self-pay button. Payment must be made through that link. Cash payments at pickup receive a three percent discount. Please notify us before we process your card if you plan to pay cash. Lots containing precious metals, gemstones, coins, or firearms with a total sold price over 250 dollars must be paid by cash or wire transfer only. Buyers are responsible for bank fees associated with wire transfers. Item representation: We do our best to describe items accurately, but mistakes can occur. Photos and inspections are the final representation of each lot. Please review all photos carefully and request additional information before bidding. All sales are final. No returns or refunds. Auction day announcements: Announcements made on auction day take priority over any previous description or term. Simulcast bidding: When auctions run on multiple platforms, the bid visible before closing may not reflect the true winning bid. To stay competitive, we recommend bidding live during the simulcast or placing a strong max bid. Questions: Contact us before bidding.
