The 1990 Topps cards are characterized by their vibrant, multi-colored borders and include notable entries such as number 410 Sparky Anderson (Detroit Tigers Manager) and number 26 Jim Abbott (California Angels) featuring the Topps All-Star Rookie gold cup emblem.
