The handle features the official emblem of the City of Netanya (depicting a date palm and waves, symbolizing the city's coastal/agricultural heritage) along with the Hebrew inscription ”בהוקרה – עיריית נתניה” (”With Appreciation – Municipality of Netanya”). The handle terminates in a circular ring/loop, likely incorporating a small magnifying glass element. Brass/gold-toned metal construction with a steel blade.
