Israel – 1000 Sheqalim banknote, issued by the Bank of Israel, 1983 (5743), featuring the portrait of Rabbi Moses Maimonides (the Rambam). Rare printing error variety: the Hebrew text contains a misprint reading ”ררב” (RaRaV) instead of the correct ”הרב” (HaRav/The Rabbi). Reverse depicts a view of Tiberias with the Sea of Galilee and an ancient menorah.
