Includes the 1951 and 1952 Independence Day issues with tabs (15pr. and 40pr. menorah designs, and the 110pr./40pr. anemone issues), the David Ben-Gurion memorial set (1886–1973), the Balfour Declaration issue with biblical-verse tab, Shalom Aleichem (1859–1959), and a Chaim Weizmann presidential commemorative with menorah tab. The early Independence Day tabbed issues are the most sought-after pieces in the group. Mint condition (appears MNH); tabs intact, fresh gum, well-centered.
