Bulgaria: a strong thematic group of 1960s space/cosmonaut issues portraying Vostok and Voskhod flights — Valentina Tereshkova, Valery Bykovsky, Belyayev & Leonov, Gagarin, and the Glenn/White portraits, plus a Molniya-1 satellite stamp; together with the Grenoble 1968 Winter Olympics set (cross-country skiing, biathlon, ski jumping). Popular space-thematic material. Czechoslovakia (Československo): two large multicolor fairy-tale/illustration stamps, three airmail definitives with aircraft over cityscapes (10 / 50 / 50), a 1.60 Kcs rowing sport stamp, and a 1 Kcs Solar System / space-research stamp. Condition: used, mixed; sound overall. A good thematic starter group (space and Olympics) for an Eastern-Europe collector.
