Schöne chinesische Kung-Fu-Stellung Deckelvase - A beautiful Chinese kung fu stance lidded vase China, probably 18th century. Ceramic, crackle pattern, glazed. Underglaze painted blue. Stamped under glaze: 2 blue rings with 6 Chinese characters stamped under glaze: Da Qing Kanxi Nianzhi(Made in the Qing dynasty, Kangxi reign). H. 16.5 cm. D. of the mouth: 3 cm. D. of the body: ca. 12 cm. Condition: traces of age and use, one crack in the lid. Beautiful lidded vase with many kung fu positions as motif.
