The flag is surrounded by an antique-style bundle of rods, which is followed on the inside by sculptural rocailles and four fields with floral ornaments. Four ribs extend from each of the four fields into the mirror of the plate. For the Wroclaw City Palace, the fields on the flag were painted with blue scales and the mirrors with ”natural flowers”.
