A Famille-Verte ''Fontaine'' Handwashing Pot from the Kangxi Period - A Famille-Verte ''Fontaine'' Handwashing Pot from the Kangxi Period China, Kangxi Period. 18th century. Porcelain, glazed, Wucai painting. H. 30 cm. Unmarked. Zustand: Eine Kante am Boden restauriert. Glasurabplatzungen am der Loch zur Befestgung, eine kleine Glasurabplatzung am unteren Teil des Topfes. Die Mündung und ein Bauteil (ca. 9 x 9 cm) wurden restauriert.  Provenance: Private collection from Western Europe, with label; was in an auction at Bonham's in 2020. The pot has a flat back and a hole for mounting. The vase is decorated with birds among flowers. The bronze spout emerges from the mouth of a lion.
