Six Blue and White Plates with Dragon Motif and Serrated Rim - Six Blue and White Plates with Dragon Motif and Serrated Rim China, probably Guangxu period, 19th century. Porcelain, underglaze blue painted. D. of mouth: 17.5 cm. H. 3.7 cm. Underglaze blue base mark: Da Ming Chenghua Nianzhi (Made during the Chenghua reign of the Great Ming Dynasty, 1465-1487). Condition: Slightly soiled, signs of wear. Beautiful plates with two dragons on clouds on the front and floral motifs on the back.
