Stylized Asiatic floral decor with peonies, chrysanthemums and lanceolate leaves. Above the foot, a narrow ornamental border in gold. Form and decor by Emil Paul Börner (1888 Meissen - 1970 ibid.), one of the most creative designers under the direction of Max Adolf Pfeiffer at the Meissen Porcelain Manufactory. This model comes from a series of covered vases, which were created from 1920 onwards, based on 18th-century forms. -Condition: Minimal scratches with loss of color, without lid.
