A Gu vase with tea-dust glaze - A Gu vase with tea-dust glaze China, probably 18th century. Ceramic, glazed, tea-dust glaze with a beautiful craquelure pattern. H. 23.6 cm. D. of mouth: 14 cm. D. of foot rim: approx. 10 cm. Condition: Signs of age and wear, no chips or cracks. Provenance: North German private collection. Gu vase with an elegantly curved rim, completely covered with tea-dust glaze. On the bottom is an unglazed ring that has acquired a brown coloration from firing.
