Standing Buddha figure on a lotus base. Condition: Clear signs of age and wear. Both arms are missing; surface partly dirty and with strong signs of aging. The Goryeo Dynasty (918-1392) was a Korean kingdom known for its distinct Buddhist culture. Buddhism strongly influenced art and architecture, and the dynasty became particularly famous for its elegant, elaborately crafted Buddha statues with deep spiritual symbolism.
